I'm a contemporary abstract artist & I love to
create large abstract paintings, that
are full of texture, colour & light.

I paint taking inspiration from nature, as I find that
the natural world offers the purest form of inspiration.

I paint intuitively, building up layers of texture, marks & depth.

I feel my art creates a calm, serene atmosphere in
this busy world we live in!

'Uplifting'

I loved creating this statement piece, it was a workout in it's self due to the size of the canvas. I think it was worth it!

I started off building the layers of collage, paint & mark making and then I went on to draw & paint the female body.

​

Once the composition was right I carried

on building the layers to create more mystery & interest.

'Space of Dreams'

I wanted to explore the abstract side of my paintings & this piece evolved.

​

I am so happy with the results & I find I am drawn to look it at & the peace it creates.

​

It also looks amazing on the wall, in my opinion
