Once I had worked on 'In Your dreams' with the layers on top of the female form, I felt like I was starting to bring the abstract style through & work it with my love of life drawing.
So it felt natural for me to go on to work on top of this painting next. I love the results!
The way the body isn't just sat on the canvas, it is worked into the background is really satisfying for me.
